The School reserves the right to adjust tuition rates; however, we honor the signed Enrollment Agreement during the period of change (one-week window). Students engaging in any program or course are not affected by change of tuition.

It is designed to protect the financial interest of student attending proprietary schools. If the school closes while he/she is in attendance prior to completion of the educational program, then, the student is eligible for a refund of all tuition expenses, which have been paid. If the student drop out of school before completion and filed a complaint against the school with the State Education Department, he/she may be eligible to receive a tuition refund if the State Education determines that the complaint is valid. And that there was violation of Education Law or the Commissioner's Regulations.

Every student should read and understand the school's policy regarding tuition refund and cancellation before the enrollment agreement is signed.
