Right of Student Access

        Each student has the right to review his/her academic and/or financial records. Students who wish to exercise this right must submit a written request to the Registrar for academic record and /or for financial record.

      OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT, CERTIFICATE, AND TRANSFER DOCUMENT SERVICE

        Request for Official transcript by other schools is available from the Registrar's Office and should be asked for in writing, signed and accompanied by a $15.00 processing fee. Upon graduation, the first transcript issued as well as the certificate and/or transfer document is provided without charge.

        Official transcripts, certificates and/or transfer documents will not be provided to any student or on behalf of any student unless he/she has fulfilled all of the following requirements: enrollment fees, coursework completion, and minimum attendance hours.

FAMILY EDUCATIONAL RIGHTS AND PRIVACY ACT OF 1974

        This Act gives students the right to inspect their educational records upon reasonable notice. Also, it guarantees the privacy of student educational records and sets forth the conditions and circumstances under which a student's educational records may be shown to others.

        Information contained within the student records is private and confidential and will not be released to any individual or organization without the appropriate written consent of the student.
